Welcome to UFCU’s new mobile banking app! We’ve taken your feedback and implemented several exciting new features we think you’ll love. You are one step closer to having easier access to UFCU whenever, wherever you are. It’s a fast, secure, and free* way to get access to your UFCU accounts from your mobile device or tablet. Update your Mobile Banking app today through the Apple® App Store or Google Play™ Store to enjoy these exciting new features:

  • Access your account more quickly with support for your device’s biometric authentication.
  • Move money by transferring directly to any other UFCU account or your accounts at other financial institutions.
  • See your account balances and history without logging in by using Express View.
  • Manage your bill pay payees and account alerts.
  • Get easier access to all of your products and services, including credit card rewards and mortgage accounts.
  • Find your account number and routing number quickly and easily.

Important Information: To use the new app, you will be required to complete a first-time enrollment process to set up your new login credentials. You will need to create a unique login ID for Mobile Banking, even if you use Online Banking.

How to Enroll

  1. Launch UFCU Mobile Banking on your device.
  2. Review and accept the Device Agreement.
  3. On the login screen, tap Enroll.
  4. Enter your 9-digit account number, then tap Next.
  5. Enter the Primary Member’s last name. View your account agreement if you are not sure who this is. For a business account, enter the full business name. Tap Next. A temporary password is immediately sent to the Primary Member’s email that is on file with UFCU. The password expires within a short time, so retrieve it promptly.
  6. Type in the temporary password that was emailed to you. Tap Next.
  7. Step 7 Create your own password that follows the guidelines on the screen. Type it into both spaces, then tap Next.
  8. Step 8 Create a login ID that follows the guidelines on the screen. Tap Next.
  9. Tap the link to review the End User Agreement. Tap the toggle for Accept Disclosure.

Congratulations! Your enrollment is complete. You can start enjoying the convenience of Mobile Banking.

Daily

9–11 PM

You will have limited functionality during this time:

  • You will be unable to enroll.
  • You will be unable to change or reset your password.
  • You will be unable to retrieve your login ID.
  • You will be unable to make mobile deposits.

All other features of Mobile Banking are available.

Sundays

Midnight–4 AM

Possible system maintenance; all Mobile Banking features will be unavailable.

Sundays

4–9 AM

You will have limited functionality during this time:

  • You will be unable to enroll.
  • You will be unable to change or reset your password.
  • You will be unable to retrieve your login ID.
  • You will be unable to make mobile deposits.

All other features of Mobile Banking are available.

Any other service disruptions will be announced as they are scheduled.
