Primary, joint, and authorized signers on credit card accounts are able to see card details in UFCU Online Banking. Authorized users of credit cards will not be able to see details related to credit card accounts within Online Banking.
The balance in your My Accounts section of Online Banking is your total balance, including any interest assessed. The balance in your Account History is the principal balance only. The difference between these two amounts is any interest owed. For transparency, we are now showing the difference between any interest due and your principal balance.
When a transaction posts to your credit card account in real time, that means you can see the change posted to your account and your available credit line almost immediately.
We recommend using the one-time or recurring transfer feature to pay your UFCU credit card within Online Banking. With this payment method, your payment will post to your credit card balance almost immediately (or in real time) at the time of the transfer.
If the payment shows in your credit card transaction history, your payment was accepted. As a result of the upgrade, your first payment will not change your minimum payment amount. But with each subsequent payment and statement cycle, your statements will correctly reflect your adjusted minimum payment due. Note that moving forward, the payment due date will not advance when a payment is made. Once your statement closing date has passed, the due date will advance if the minimum payment was made. You can verify your Payment Due Date and Statement Closing Date on your updated statement.

Your Credit Card ID is the way you can identify and reference your credit card account after the update.
Now that we offer unique card numbers for each individual cardholder, your credit card might have multiple cards associated with the account that need unique identifiers. Also, if you ever need a new card, this will allow us to issue a new card without having to change your Credit Card ID.
Your transaction history for each Credit Card ID will contain the last four digits of the card on each transaction. If you have not performed any transactions yet, you can always contact us or visit any location for help.
Yes. You may elect to receive your credit card bill and statement or any other UFCU statements using the Statement Preference Option within UFCU Online Banking. Please note that all of your share, loan, and Credit Card IDs are associated with this one setting. At this time, we are unable to offer multiple delivery options.
No, you will receive one consolidated statement for all the cards associated with a Credit Card ID. Each transaction on your statement will indicate the last four digits of the card number used. If you have multiple Credit Card IDs, you will receive a separate statement for each Credit Card ID on your account.
Yes, this separate Credit Card ID located in the Credit Card Statements section represents bills and statements for previous credit card numbers you had with UFCU. As a result of the upgrade, you will not have separate statements for separate card numbers.
As of the update, this service is no longer available. However, you can sign up for VISA® Card Purchase Alerts to be notified of any transactions on your credit card.
We will continue to leverage Falcon Fraud Protection, which will immediately call the phone number on file to verify suspicious transactions.

Yes. If you know your old PIN you can change it using our automated phone system. Call (866) 928-5450. If you do not know your old PIN, you must contact us or visit a location to change your PIN.
All points on our previous rewards program, ScoreCard, will transfer by March 30. We will notify card holders via email when your points are available to view and redeem.
Yes. Once your existing points have transferred to the new rewards program, you may redeem them. All points will transfer by March 30. You may not redeem points until they have been transferred into the new program.
For our Cash Back program, the minimum points needed for redemption is 1,000 or $10. For the Travel & Rewards card, there is no minimum, but you must meet the number of points required for the item you want to redeem.
Yes. Purchases made on your UFCU credit card will accumulate reward points during the update. These points will post shortly after the update is complete.
